ROCK SINGER FORMS NEW RECORD LABEL

New label will help to promote new bands as well as expose flagship band

NIAGARA FALLS, NY, February 23, 2004 - After having seen his band dropped from major record label ATLANTIC RECORDS in October 2003, PHIL WALCK, lead singer of local heart-throb rock band LABEL CRISIS decided to form his own record label and production company, named SINERGY STUDIOS (NYSE: SINE). The company, headed by Walck, will produce and release all future Label Crisis records, as well as sign new bands to deals pending auditions. "Sinergy was formed in order to give bands that started out like us a chance and not to have to be conformists to what the major labels, like Atlantic wanted out of us" Walck said in a press conference Monday, "I'd like to think of Sinergy as a punch in the face to everyone that said that I couldn't do what I want in this world. I'm Phil Walck. I can do whatever the hell I want to now".

The first release from Sinergy Studios is slotted to be Label Crisis' newest release, tentatively titled "Side Projects 'R Us". The album is currently scheduled for a July 2004 release.
