Phil Walck, owner and COO of upstart record label Sinergy Studios, has announced the label's first summer
tour. The 2004 TOUR OF DEFIANCE, sponsored by SNICKER'S CRUNCHER, JVC and DeWALT will begin on June 19th in Kalamazoo,
California and continue until August 29th in Gun Barrel City, Texas.
Headlining the tour will be Walck's own band LABEL CRISIS as well as Sinergy labelmates 5 CENT DECISION. New artists that will be signed to the Sinergy brand will
also be joining the tour.

SNICKER'S CRUNCHER will be the official candy bar of the 2004 TOUR OF DEFIANCE.
JVC will be the official supplier of electronic equipment as well as recording equipment for an upcoming
DVD based on the 2004 TOUR OF DEFIANCE.
DeWALT will be the official hardware supplier for the 2004 TOUR OF DEFIANCE. Only DeWALT equipment will
be used in the construction of sets used for the tour.
